Sports drinks: Sports drinks can also affect your teeth because they have acidic compounds that can erode your enamel. So, it’s best to drink water while you are active.

Sauce: Deeply colored sauces, like soy, tomato, and curry sauces, can also cause stains. To prevent this from happening, switch to light-colored and creamy sauces. Just remember to brush and rinse soon after eating them.

Tea: Tea is a drink to avoid if you’re wanting to maintain a white smile, especially black tea. In fact, black tea can stain your smile even more than coffee can. In addition, herbal and white tea can wear away the outer shell of your teeth, which can also make your teeth susceptible to stains.
